I would recommend Tim Wilson at Expetec in Charleston, WV to everyone. I am so glad that he came on board as our computer expert! He is very knowledgeable. Anytime we have been down or just having a problem he has come immediately out and fixed it. Since he came on board, we have had to change out our server to get a larger one and he has spent countless hours here getting us up and running. Recently we had a power outage and while I was on one line calling him, he was on another calling in to tell me that our computer was down! Then our printers wouldn't print to the network. He came out thinking it was a security problem, however, it was a computer problem within the printer and he stayed anyway talking back and forth on the phone with the printer technician until he got us up and running even though it wasn't a network problem. Most people would have said, That's a printer problem. Call the printer technician! He has saved us money in equipment purchases by searching around for the best bargains and his hasn't charged us one penny over our monthly fee for all the extra work! He is a great guy! I thank God for sending him to us!

Expetec has been a great find for this office. For the last 2 years, they have provided us with off-premises back-up, serviced our network — sometimes remotely from their office, and handled any repairs. We have bought two computers and a server through them with excellent results. If new equipment is being installed, or a computer has to be taken from the office, they provide and set-up backup equipment so that we can continue working. Expetec is a real keeper.

Very Pleased! I particularly appreciate that Gary helped me review options and did not steer toward the more expensive ones. In fact, he recommended the second lowest-cost product, because it allowed us to switch to VOIP, which will ultimately pay us back the system cost. Equipment arrived when it was expected to, and installation took place right on schedule. By our move-in date to our new offices we were receiving calls. In the days after, as we learned the system, Gary and his team have been readily available to help answer even the most simple questions, and have made sure that we know how to use our system. For a small non-profit to select a phone system felt risky and difficult – there are too many options and most of them are beyond our budget.
