I would recommend Tim Wilson at Expetec in Charleston, WV to everyone.  I am so glad that he came on board as our computer expert!  He is very knowledgeable.  Anytime we have been down or just having a problem he has come immediately out and fixed it.  Since he came on board, we have had to change out our server to get a larger one and he has spent countless hours here getting us up and running.  Recently we had a power outage and while I was on one line calling him, he was on another calling in to tell me that our computer was down!  Then our printers wouldn’t print to the network.  He came out thinking it was a security problem, however, it was a computer problem within the printer and he stayed anyway talking back and forth on the phone with the printer technician until he got us up and running even though it wasn’t a network problem.   Most people would have said, That’s a printer problem.  Call the printer technician!  He has saved us money in equipment purchases by searching around for the best bargains and his hasn’t charged us one penny over our monthly fee for all the extra work!  He is a great guy!  I thank God for sending him to us!

After years and years of having so called 'computer experts' come in to our office and work on our computers, leaving various loose parts on the floor in their trail, it was refreshing to have Expetec-Chicago Loop come in, advise us of our problems and repair a hornets nest of virus and spyware and numerous other problems left behind from our previous computer tech. Having Expetec work on our computers allowed us to focus on our own business, rather than constantly worrying about how we are going to figure out how to repair them on our own. Expetec actually shows up and does the job. Sounds simple, yet in this world RELIABILITY is a rare commodity!

I just wanted to drop a line and say thank you for your quick, professional service when my computer went down.

Your help — both with this crash and in helping to prepare myself for just such an event — literally saved me several weeks’ worth of work.

My computer experienced a fatal crash just as I was on my way out of town for a business trip. I called Steve the next morning to have him come take a look at what happened. Jack picked up my computer and took it back to the office with him. Once there they used more safeguards and treated my equipment with greater care than I normally would when doing my own maintenance, going the extra mile to ensure that no critical data would be lost.

Fortunately, Steve had convinced me several months earlier to institute a thorough automated backup system. He had things set up so that all my critical information was backed up several times a day. Steve simply restored those backups, checked the computer to make sure it was in working order, and returned it to me before I even returned from my trip. All I had to do was determine what work I would have to recreate from the few hours since the last backup and I was back up and running without missing a beat.

Expetec and the Eytons provide great service and just may save your business from crisis. I have been very impressed with them and have always enjoyed working with them.
